Kim Kogowski

At Renown, Kim provides high-level administrative support, contributes to efficient office management, and handles key operational activities across the firm. With over 15 years of experience, she has partnered with C-level executives across diverse industries including finance, home warranty services, healthcare, management consulting, and marketing.

Kim joined Moore Capital Management in April 2024 to help facilitate a seamless transition for the team to Renown. Prior to that, she provided both business and personal executive assistance to CEOs at Redwood Capital Management, Cinch Home Services, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Omnicom’s Star Marketing Services Group, and two Senior Partners at McKinsey & Company.

Kim holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies: Business and Religion from Rochester Christian University.
