Allison’s role focuses on ensuring that Renown is differentiated within the broader ecosystem by stewarding a strong, cohesive brand and maximizing value for portfolio companies. Prior to joining Renown, Allison served as Global Director of Impact at 100 Women in Finance, an industry association dedicated to promoting diversity of thought and amplifying the visibility of female leaders. There, she built a strong international network and produced events that included participation from rising stars as well as those at the top level of industry achievement.

Allison is co-author of Becoming Great Universities: Small Steps for Sustained Excellence (Princeton University Press, 2022) which she wrote alongside longtime Harvard professor Richard Light.

Originally from Michigan, Allison holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University.
